Admiral Mike Mullen: 'I Cannot Remain Silent' | Amanpour and Company In a stunning rebuke of the elected commander in chief, several generals – from former secretary of defense James Mattis to former chief of staff John Kelly – have taken a stance against the president's handling of this crisis.
