SA Lockdown Day 2 I  Port Elizabeth relatively quite, with less movement Day one of the LockDown started off less than favorably, with a lot of citizens going about their days as if the President did not call the State of Disaster. People were seen roaming the streets with minimal police visibility. Lines remained long outside various labour departments with people looking to claim UIF money and taxi drivers and their commuters ran with their daily schedules. We cross to our reporter Kim Daniels from Port Elizabeth to see if things are going better.
