The continued ban on the sale of tobacco products is still causing plenty of huffing and puffing. This after the apparent about-turn by government, with the President at first saying cigarette sales would be permitted under Level 4. But in a later briefing, CoGTA Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma reversed that decision. In his weekly letter to the nation, President Cyril Ramaphosa made it clear that the decision was a collective one. Various lobby groups accused Dr Dlamini-Zuma of defying the president.
