In this Khutbah of April 24, I talk about the verses of Ease and mitigation in the context of Ramadan and how our religion is easy to practice if we understand it well. In addition, this is not the first time things got hard and difficult during Ramadan. In the Islamic history, Muslims in different times fasted and had Ramadan in the most difficult circumstances such as war, famine, turmoil, plagued and natural disaster. They were patient and prevailed at the end. Charity and feeding those among us who are helpless, hungry and needy bring up the spirit of Ramadan in people’s lives....
