It is to be well understood that only the freshers that is the students who are getting graduated this year will have to bear maximum impact, as due to this lockdown of the entire nation no campus placements will come , companies that recruited may or may not provide appointment letter , so indeed this is a tough situation for all the engineering graduates .
This video clearly explains, whatever is the condition it is for everybody , for all students B.Tech, M.Tech pass outs and others also so instead of getting tensed that who’ll happen whether we will get a good job or not start worrying about how to improve our skills. Because it is not that all the time this situation will be continued, after a few days this situation will be normal then employment will be generated but what about the preparation? So instead of getting tensed this is the time when you can improve your employability skills that is work on your interview handling skills , group discussion, work on some other skills like programming , CAD-CAM , Ansys etc and get ready to get employed. Apart from this improve your personality , work on your weak areas - how to carry yourself , how to greet people and so on. Utilise this lockdown time in improving technical knowledge but also devote time in English , Communication Skills ,reasoning and aptitude and gear up to grab the opportunity whenever it comes.
