State health insurance to partially cover 2, 3-bed wards in small hospitals from July

7월부터 병원•한방병원 2•3인실에도 건강보험 적용

From July, patients will spend less money on beds at small hospitals.
The health ministry says it will extend coverage by shouldering 40 percent of the cost for patients to stay in a 2-bed ward and thirty percent for a 3-bed ward.
Currently, only wards with four or more beds in small hospitals are covered by the state insurance.
