The five food groups of healthy food are:

• #Milkanddairy products;
• #Proteins; and
• #Fats.
Lots of different things affect how healthy we are including what we eat.
Food plays a huge part in keeping us healthy and so we need to make sure we're eating a variety of foods to get all the right vitamins and nutrients.
