How to Avoid Distractions
Living intentionally does not have to be a strict routine or list with thousands of items to do. We are often our worst enemy, and we add more pressure and more expectations from what we can handle in a given moment.
Yes, sometimes you might feel angry or tired of not knowing where you are going but living with intention is not a box that we should tick but a journey. We want to change and evolve constantly, and we should feel empowered to correct course when our actions are not bringing us closer to our vision.
We can be hard on ourselves to find a purpose or achieve our goals in a given timeline. However, you can spend a lot of energy feeling lost and being hard on yourself.
Living with intention can be simple. Learning how to live more intentionally will take time, and this is good. One action at a time, not ten, and looking for the long-term vision than the short-term gain. We sometimes collect so many of these short terms gains that collectively, they do not mean much. Finding the correct peace on which to focus that will bring a complete picture will give you a stronger sense of purpose and intention.
