I use a Wahoo Kickr 18 at 55-65% resistance, Wahoo Headwind and Tickr HR.
I'm 25, 5ft 10, 59-61kg with and FTP of 375...(note, as of recovery from virus FTP is estimated at 325w)
Max Heart Rate is around the 180 mark, depends how tired/fit I am (Max is now more like 195)
Feel free to ask questions, I try to engage all the time throughout, and the Mods do a cracking job!
