You most likely are a perfectionist, or you have a lot at stake, or maybe you're just trying to provide some encouragement, but it also indicates you are unaware of how your micromanaging is affecting the others
You Are sending negative signals to the very people you are trying to help… that you do not trust them
To adjust: Challenge yourself to trust others and delegate the work, I would add trust and verify the results to ensure that the project is being done to your satisfaction, but let them complete the work first.

you may avoid blame and responsibility by placing all the blame on someone else and you avoid accountability at the same time
To adjust: work on receiving criticism better and with your mistakes shortcomings and misunderstandings take full blame and stop deflecting
3 - You're unable to laugh at yourself - 3:27
Or at some of your actions, no one enjoys negative attention and the embarrassment caused by it, but you simply can’t laugh at yourself
To adjust: Try admitting to yourself that you're feeling anger, embarrassment, shame
whatever feelings you have, remember this is an important step in becoming self-aware.

Try being aware of your fault’s flaws and any other warts you have accumulated, you know you make mistakes so now get ready to admit and rectify them.
To adjust: channel the feedback into positive improvements to your self-awareness
5 - You tend to say things you don't mean and later regret saying them - 4:50
When we get angry or hurt, we tend to say things in the heat of argument that we don't really mean and later wind up regret saying them. Mastering self-awareness will help you think through what you say and consider the impact the words will have on the world around you.
To adjust: Pause before you say something and think it through including potential repercussions on yourself or even others well
