Global National: Nov. 9, 2020 | Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine may be 90% effective, early data shows A coronavirus vaccine developed by the companies Pfizer and BioNTech has shown early promise. Preliminary results show it is more than 90 per cent effective at protecting people from COVID-19, but that does not mean this vaccine is approved for use yet.
