Des que som petits ens bombardegen amb com haurien de ser les nostres vides i intentem arribar a aquest ideal. Les expectatives són un element clau, ens influeix a l’hora de relacionar-nos amb els altres i sobre la imatge que tenim sobre nosaltres mateixos. A través d’elles, ens aferrem al “com” hauria de ser allò que passa i ens tanquem en una sola possibilitat. Aquest és el principi de moltes frustracions!

Desde que somos pequeños nos bombardean con cómo tendrían que ser nuestras vidas y intentamos alcanzar este ideal. Las expectativas son un elemento clave, nos influye a la hora de relacionarnos con los otros y sobre la imagen que tenemos sobre nosotros mismos. A través de ellas nos aferramos al "cómo" tendría que ser eso que pasa y nos cerramos en una solo posibilidad. ¡Éste es el principio de muchas frustraciones!

Since we are little, we are bombarded with how our lives should be and we try to reach that ideal. Expectations are a key element, they influence on how we relate to others and on the image we have of ourselves. Because of them, we get stuck on "how" something should be happening and we focus on just one possibility. That's the starting point of many frustrations!
