Boris Johnson in an Impossible Mess Over Covid Failures Now

We are now seeing the terrible consequences of Boris Johnson's government playing politics with the coronavirus pandemic. By taking political decisions, instead of scientific ones, we are now in a situation where even an effective test and trace programme could not hope to cope, yet it's also politically impossible to order another national lockdown. Boris Johnson is going to have to take an impossible option now.
