Seated Stretching Primarily of the Ankles, Feet, Legs and Trunk Led by a Physical Therapist

Seated Stretching Primarily of the Ankles, Feet, Legs and Trunk Led by a Physical Therapist Today I am honoring my body and stretching the tightest and most often ignored parts of my body...my feet, ankles and trunk. It is amazing how the body works. By stretching out my ankles, I can feel my inflexibility highlighted in my hip joints. But, if we have one deficit, once we stand, the chain of command makes us more inefficiently and improperly and is felt elsewhere in the body. Notice where you feel the stretches. Do the stretches stay localized or do you feel another part of your body working extra hard? Listen to your doctor and your body and do what is right for you at this particular moment in time. Thank you for allowing me on this health journey with you. From my open heart to yours, namaste.
