Lockdown 5.0 EXCLUSIVE details accessed | States to get decision making power?

Times Now accesses exclusive details of lockdown 4.0. States to get more power to make decisions, there will be most de-centralization of lockdown. The Centre will not involve much in the decision-making process of lockdown 5.0, states will decide their own norms and conditions. States like Haryana, Goa wants an extension of lockdown where some of the states are opposed to this. The curfew timings can now be decided by the state governments depending on the pandemic situation, unlike before where the central government had decided the time which was from 7 am to 7 pm.
