Homemade Rose Syrup vs Refreshing Watermelon Juice You can store rose syrup for a few weeks if in an air-tight container.

Personally, I’d recommend method 2 as it uses a natural ingredient to get the colour. Super easy methods shown step by step.

There are so many ways to make this, but I’ll be showing you the EASIEST ways!

...............................................Method-1..............................................

➤ First, add ½ a cup of sugar to a pan and a ¼ of a cup of water. Light it on a medium flame after you’ve added the water, or else the sugar will burn.
➤ Gently and slowly stir. If you stir at the edges of the pan, the sugar will harden and crystallize, so to prevent this stir at the middle.
➤ Do this for about 4 minutes so that the sugar boils, this is what will give you a sticky consistency.
➤ Now you can add 1 tbsp of red food colouring.
➤ After, allow a further 1 minute to boil. You will still have the sticky consistency.
➤ This syrup will thicken as it cools down, so I am leaving it aside for 3 minutes.
➤ After you can add 2 tsp of rose water or a few drops of rose essence.
➤ Now mix well.
➤ Once again, leave it aside to get the perfect consistency.

➤ Now, get a fresh beetroot and cut it into small pieces. Next, blend it and drain out the juice, separating it from any solids.
➤ Using that, add 2 tsp of it to the boiled sugar syrup.
➤ After, allow a further 1 minute to boil. You will still have the sticky consistency.
➤ This syrup will thicken as it cools down, so I am leaving it aside for 3 minutes.
➤ After you can add 2 tsp of rose water or a few drops of rose essence.
➤ Now mix well.
➤ Once again, leave it aside to get the perfect consistency.

Super Simple And Refreshing Watermelon Drink

➤ First, cut a watermelon into small pieces.
➤ Next, add 2 tbsp of rose syrup and a ¼ of a cup of water.
➤ Now blend the ingredients together.
➤ And add some lemon juice.
➤ Serve with ice on hot summer days! Enjoy!
➤ This rose syrup can be used in falooda, ice-creams, milkshakes and juices.
