Hi wonderful people!

Today I invite you to take a few minutes and restore your calm, releasing any stress.

This meditation will help you focus on yourself, become present and acknowledge positive thoughts and feelings to induce calm and happiness.

Do you do meditation regularly? I know that when I do it certainly helps my approach to life in general and helps me feel like I can do more and handle more. What have your experiences been with it?

Remember, if you are new to meditation do not worry about many thoughts rushing through your mind. This is normal. Just become more observant of those thoughts, and try some of my other stress management videos for mind and body connection.
