A Shramik Special train was run from Sabarmati Railway Station in Ahmedabad to take migrants from Uttar Pradesh to Agra. A total of 1,188 passengers were accommodated in the train that left from Sabarmati station at 2.50 am on 3rd of May, 2020. To maintain social distancing, only 54 passengers were accommodated in each coach against the carrying capacity of 72. In Agra, the passengers will be screened from where the state government will make arrangements for their travel to their homes.
