Yoga for straddle splits (Upavistha Konasana) to increase hip and thigh flexibility This sequence when practised regularly, each pose for around 1 minute, will help open and increase the flexibility of your glutes, hips and inner thighs. This will prepare your body for straddle splits.

As always please take each pose slowly with kindness and breath deeply through each pose. No-judgement and give you body the time to open up.
