When Employer is liable to pay compensation Dear Viewers ,
Labour Law I is one of the subject for LLB 3 year and LLB 5 year courses. It is also subject for courses like MBA, BBA, CA, ICA and other course. This my attempt to provide video Lecture on this subject in simple and easy language.

In industry, accidents are inevitable, it results in injury to workmen, death of workmen often. It cause loss to workmen and loss to dependents in case of death of workmen . therefore The Employees Compensation Act 1923 is enacted to provide compensation to workmen and their dependents in case of death. The Act provides principles for determination of compensation .
In this lecture employers liability to pay compensation is explained.
