Trump Hails PM Modi, Threatens To Cut WHO Funding After Calling It China-Centric

US President Donald Trump did a u-turn a day after suggesting retaliation against India by praising Delhi and pointed out that PM Modi was helpful as he backed India’s position on Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).

Donald Trump also threatened to cut US funding for the World Health Organization (WHO) after accusing it of pro-China bias. "We're going to put a hold on money spent to the WHO. We're going to put a very powerful hold on it and we're going to see," Trump said at the White House coronavirus task force briefing that day.
