N.S. shooting victim Lisa McCully 'lit up a room'

Bonnie Williams, a close friend of Lisa McCully, says the elementary school teacher and mother of two was "vivacious, creative, always smiling." McCully was among the victims of the Nova Scotia shooting rampage.
