Each of these drown out our capacity to listen to what we need, what our inner wisdom has to offer. The silence can be frightening so we do all we can to drown it out. This practice allows you to connect to your heart and to listen to what is here.
The meditation is best practiced in a quiet space with headphones. Simply follow the guidance. It can be helpful to have a pen and paper to hand for notes when finished. You can write after you finish the meditation, avoid the desire to write anything during the meditation.
