Meditation 16. A 15 Minutes. Allowing for connection to your inner wisdom. Connecting to the heart We can often struggle to understand what we want to do with our life. This could be in respect to your career, your relationships, or your purpose. We spend so much time distracting our mind and heart with social media, news, television, radio, food, alcohol, drugs, sex etc.

Each of these drown out our capacity to listen to what we need, what our inner wisdom has to offer. The silence can be frightening so we do all we can to drown it out. This practice allows you to connect to your heart and to listen to what is here.

The meditation is best practiced in a quiet space with headphones. Simply follow the guidance. It can be helpful to have a pen and paper to hand for notes when finished. You can write after you finish the meditation, avoid the desire to write anything during the meditation.
