Will Cruises Begin on April 11th? With the world shut down it seems very unlikely cruise lines will be able to start up on April 11th. There are still 30 cruise ships stuck at sea that have not been able to disembark passengers to this day. So no, I do not think cruise lines will start up again on April 11th.
