Well, with the release of iOS 13.4, new kernel bugs were confirmed to be in iOS 13.3.1. Kernel Bugs, also known as Kernel vulnerabilities are what are exploited to make a no computer jailbreak. In the iOS 13.4 security notes, a bug was patched that could be turned into a exploit, and allow us to update Uncover, and support iOS 13.3.1! Because it was patched in iOS 13.4, the kernel vulnerability is in iOS 13.3.1.
